What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, optional phone number and the items you ordered. If you write to us or sign up for our newsletter we collect the details you give us.

Why we collect it

We use your details to make and send your order, to contact you about it, and (only if you asked) to send news and offers.

Payments

Payments are taken by a third-party payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or store your card details.

Who else sees your details

Orders, messages and sign-ups are delivered to us through an online form service, and orders are posted using a courier. We don’t sell your information.

On your device

This website saves your cart and your recent orders in your own browser (local storage) so they’re still there when you come back. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear this at any time from My account or by clearing your browser data.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@example.com.
